The Burnt City
Punchdrunk
The Burnt City was an immersive theatre production, set in the mythical world of the fall of Troy, inspired by Aeschylus's Agamemnon and Euripides' Hecuba. The show spanned two buildings, representing Troy and Mycenae, and featured a labyrinthine of detailed spaces where audiences encountered performers and uncovered the story through movement and dance.
I performed and co-created the roles of Apollo and Laocoon, and also performed the roles of The Oracle, Zagreus and Bar Host (who co-hosted the cabaret bar with song, theatrical script, dance numbers and improv).
